HOW IT WORKS
Secure each date with a $95 deposit (waived for Art Clubs), applied to your final headcount.
We manage the checkout page and support promotions, while you drive signups to reach 20 guests.
By 11:00 AM the day before, the 20-guest minimum must be met to proceed with the event.
On event day we arrive 45 min early for setup, lead the session, help boost food and drink sales, and handle cleanup.
